Thank you for shopping with SX Axis. We are committed to ensuring you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and our practices regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds for physical products.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, unwashed, and unworn condition, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging (if applicable).

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., items printed with a unique QR code designed specifically for you).

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Underwear, swimwear, or other intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at support@sxaxis.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.

  3. You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item(s) back to the return address provided.

Important:

  • SX Axis is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

  • Original Shipping Charges: Shipping fees paid at the time of the original order are non-refundable (except where legally required).

5. Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate your request when contacting Customer Service.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective:

  • Please contact support@sxaxis.com immediately with photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will either replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

8. International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping and any applicable customs duties or fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Please clearly mark your package as “Return” to avoid additional customs charges.

9. Legal Rights

Nothing in this Return Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable law, including your right to a refund, repair, or replacement in case of defective products as per local consumer protection laws.
